Authorities in Omaha, Nebraska, report an officer was having lunch at a Burger King.
The officer noticed an employee run to the back of the restaurant after a man walked into the place.
The officer asked the man if he was robbing the Burger King.
Police say when the man answered yes, the officer pulled his weapon and ordered the bandit to the floor.
After backup arrived, Seth Miller was busted on a charge of attempted robbery.
