That person has been identified as Joseph Meehan.
He was arrested on a parole violation at a Pennsauken, N.J. motel just after noon on Thursday.
Police say he has not yet been charged in connection with the robbery.
Three men were being sought in connection with the armed robbery and subsequent shootout with police.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday at the CVS on the 8500 block of Frankford Avenue in the city's Holmesburg section.
Police chased the bandits on foot and one of them pointed a gun at the officers. That's when police fired.
Investigators believed one of the men was hit, but all three got away.
Although there were several employees and three customers inside the CVS, including a child, police say no one was injured.
