The former contestant for shows "Dancing with the Stars" and "The Bachelor" and her husband welcomed little Ava Grace in Dallas Wednesday.
The little girl is the first child for both of them.[
Ava Grace arrived weighing 6 lbs. 13 oz.
Rycroft, who has done some segments on ABC's "Good Morning America," had worked as a sales rep in Dallas and as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader prior to her first reality television appearances on "The Bachelor."
