Police say it all started inside the Off the Clock Bar that's at North 2nd and Linton Streets in Olney.
Police tell Action News that two men began arguing around closing time and the dispute spilled outside.
That's when police say one of the men shot the other man in the chest.
The victim was pronounced dead at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
The gunman ran off and has not been caught.
