Police say the suspect has committed three strong-arm robberies at two 7-11 stores in Northeast Philadelphia - 5231 Harbison Avenue and 9001 Frankford Avenue.
He is described as white male, in his 30's, 6'2, and 210 to 240 pounds. He was seen wearing a black puffy coat and a black knit cap or New York Mets baseball cap.
