Investigators from the Middle Township (N.J.) Police Department announced that Cinthya Torres and the baby were found on Wednesday in Plant City, Florida.
Both are currently under the care of Florida's Child Protective Services and arrangements are being made to bring them back home to New Jersey.
The details of exactly how they were found were not immediately available.
Authorities had been looking for the girls since January 28th after Torres allegedly met an unidentified man on a social networking website.
