Police say the fight happened early Saturday morning inside Story's Bar at 27th and Sergeant streets.
One man found shot was pronounced dead a short time later at Temple University Hospital.
Three other wounded men were hospitalized and two remain in critical condition.
Police say they are looking for one suspect who fled the bar on foot. Investigators have not revealed a possible motive, or identified anyone involved.
