New Castle County Police arrested 20-year-old Anthony Knight on Monday evening at the Castlebrook Apartment complex after charged at two firefighters from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company and refused to leave the building.
Investigators say the firefighters noticed smoke coming from Knight's apartment. There was no answer at the door, so they forced their way in and woke Knight. Shortly after, he got into an altercation with firefighters. No one was injured.
Authorities later learned Knight was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for aggravated assault.
