Officers responded to 22nd and Oxford in Brewerytown early Saturday morning.
Police say two men began arguing inside Nan Chang Chinese and American takeout.
When the dispute spilled outside, one of the men pulled out a gun. He shot the other man in the chest, killing him.
A young woman was shot in the leg. She is hospitalized in stable condition.
Police have not reported any arrests, or said what the dispute was about.
