After a month long investigation, Alicia Stewart, 25, who resides in the Waterside Building, was arrested for Human Trafficking and Promoting Prostitution.
The investigation was led by members of the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office assigned to a newly formed, FBI sponsored South Jersey Regional Innocence Lost Task Force.
The investigation revealed that Steward was acting as a pimp for several females – two of which were Atlantic City High School students.
In addition to Stewart, 18-year-old Donna Walker was arrested on outstanding Superior Court warrants. Stewart, who went by the name "Toya", was allegedly operating in and around the Atlantic City casinos.
