Sarge and Jazz are a brother and sister pair of Great Pyrenees.
The dogs are the night security guards at the zoo in Victoria.
Their job is to keep natural predators away from the zoo's animals.
Executive director Andrea Blomberg says some of their animals are vulnerable to snakes, bobcats and raccoons.
She tells a local paper the big, white dogs are great around people and are bred to guard livestock.
