Real estate agent struck by stray bullet

A real estate agent became an innocent victim of gunfire in West Philadelphia tonight.

It happened around 7:00 p.m. at 59th and Race streets.

Officials say a 61-year-old real estate agent was closing his business for the night when shots rang out.

The man was struck in the head by a stray bullet.

He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.

Police say the man suffered a graze wound.

There is no word on the shooter. The incident is under investigation.
