Police responded around 8:31 p.m. to the Burn Brae Condominiums, located on the 200 block of Highland Boulevard.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had had suffered from gunshot wounds.
The victim was immediately transported by ambulance to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
