On the GQ website, the listing for Philadelphia reads, in part: "The truth is this: All told, Philadelphia stadiums house the most monstrous collection of humanity outside of the federal penal system."
Penn State football fans also made the list. "Lacking projectiles during the 2008 riots that followed a win over Ohio State, Penn [State] fans uprooted small trees to hurl at police," the Penn State entry read.
Still, we can take solace in their description of Dallas Cowboys fans as people that have "sworn their allegiance to a front-running team that isn't even good enough to run up front anymore."
