Fire was reported at the NET Kids store just after 4:30 p.m.
The fire was described as a small one and the blaze was placed under control within 20 minutes.
However, the section of The Gallery known as Gallery One was evacuated due to the fire.
That portion of the mall will be closed the rest of the day. It will reopen Friday morning.
