Free after-school homework help

March 21, 2011

We all know we can borrow books from the Free Library, but you may not know about all the other terrific resources the library has to offer.

The Free Library website offers a free after-school homework help chat line every day from 2:00pm to 11:00pm.

It also has an online writing lab and an adult learning center.

You can also prepare for all kinds of state and national tests by taking free practices tests on FreeLibrary.org.

And you can text a librarian a quick, simple question on your cell phone! How cool is that?

Just send your text to 66746 and start the body of the text with keyword askfree, then a space, followed by your question.

We've also posted information on how you can download free e-books, and how you can become a member of the Free Library even if you don't live or work in Pennsylvania.
