Forty-four-year-old William Johnson of Chester, Pa., was arrested on Feb. 28 by Philadelphia police on unrelated theft charges. Delaware authorities obtained warrants charging Johnson with felony theft and conspiracy. Johnson is awaiting extradition from Pennsylvania.
Police say the vases, worth about $14,000, were stolen in January from Gracelawn Memorial Park.
