City officials showed off a design for the wrappers that will hold free condoms distributed by the Philadelphia health department.
The winning "Freedom Condom" design features a blue-and-white wrapper that reads "free con dom" in off-set type.
The city will distribute the custom-wrapped condoms at more than 100 locations. The Teens Take Control campaign is aimed at increasing condom use among teens and young adults.
City officials hope to distribute 1 million condoms in the next year.
