CrimeFighters: Dujuan Calloway case

April 10, 2011 10:19:18 AM PDT
Police are asking for the public's help solving the execution-style slaying of a Camden man.

Twenty-six-year-old Dajuan Calloway was found lying on the sidewalk. He had been shot twice and died at the scene. It Happened In The First Block Of South 27th Street in Camden at about 12:20 a.m. on June 16, 2010.

Dajuan had just parked his car and was getting out when a lone gunman ambushed him from behind. Dajuan had just dropped off his 9-year-old daughter at his mother's home. Investigator Eric Wren of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office says his mom is devastated.

"Yes, his mother is taking it very hard," Wren told Action News. "She's now raising his 9-year-old daughter."

Police say they have quite a bit of information in this case. But they are missing that one last little piece of information to solve this case. That's why the Citizens Crime Commission is offering a $1,000 reward to help bring closure to the family.
