The Philadelphia bound bus had just pulled out of the terminal around 5:00 a.m. when a female driving a small vehicle struck the side of the bus. She then drove away from the scene.
Approximately twelve people on the bus were taken to Atlantic Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City for non-life threatening injuries. Another twelve people on the bus were not injured.
Atlantic City Police are investigating and have not released additional information.
