This spring's hottest shoe trends

Glen Mills, Pa. - April 18, 2011 Kick off the big cat stilettos and step into comfy kitten heels. The 60's throwbacks are back and with a heel that's less than an inch high, they won't claw at your tootsies.

"A lot of women who feel they can't wear the high heels like to go for the kitten heels," said Jennifer Guggenheim of Vivi G. Shoes.

Another blast from the past is the laser cut shoe from the 1970's.

"Laser cut means a machine individually pokes the little holes that you see in Jen's shoe and you can see skin," explained Jennifer.

Try mixing up twine and metallic into a sassy wedge heel for a day-to-night look.

For a super polished look, step into the spectator. The shoe itself is one color, but outlined with a second shade for an extra pop.

Be daring and get color crazy with hot reds, bright pinks, and blazing oranges.

"The new thing is kind of forming your outfit around your shoe."

Are you ultra girlie then flirt with florals! Or keep it simple and elegant with the seasons must have nude hues.

"Not only does the shoe go with everything under the sun but it elongates the leg."

And for accessories, the same trends hold true for handbags. Mix and match and you're ready for a fashion forward season.
