Emergency responders say the family was able to get out of the burning home along the unit block of President Avenue in Rutlege, Delaware County.
When firefighters arrived, flames were shooting from the roof of the home.
Crews had to pump water from nearby fire hydrants to battle the flames
Investigators are trying to figure out what sparked the fire.
