Chopper 6 HD was over the Delaware River off Philadelphia Friday afternoon.
What appeared to be a blue minivan with broken-out windows was seen in the Delaware River off of East Susquehanna Avenue and North Beach Street.
There was no one inside the vehicle, police said.
There is no word yet on how the van ended up in the river.
