The crash involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle occurred around 8:20 p.m. along the 2000 block of Black Horse Pike.
The collision happened outside Taylor's Bar and Grill in Monroe Township.
A third person, said to be a passenger in the vehicle, was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
Three ambulances and at least one medical helicopter responded to the scene.
Police have not released descriptions of the victims.
It is not known what caused the motorcycle and the vehicle to collide.
