25 year-old Isaiah Moore, who is from the 100 block of N. Lincoln Street, is charged with attempted murder, robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.
The charges stem from a shooting on March 21, 2011 on the 2200 block of N. Market Street in Wilmington. It was there that police say Moore attempted to rob a 34-year-old man. During the attempted robbery, Moore allegedly opened fire on the man, shooting the victim multiple times.
The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition. There is no update on his condition at this time.
Bail information on Moore is pending arraignment at a later time.
