Authorities in the western New York city report John Caesar was being questioned about money stolen from the famed Anchor Bar, home of the original Buffalo wings.
Police say Caesar was handcuffed to a chair.
But he managed to slip out the back door of a police station.
The chair is missing, too.
Officers tell local media outlets their suspect still may be cuffed to that chair.
