The Delaware County Times reported Friday on its website that Miguel Mateo Rodriguez, 27, startled a homeowner on Monday night by kicking his door in while wearing no clothes.
When police arrived, Rodriguez shouted to them that he was "Mr. Universe" before he surrendered by lying on the ground.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, the homeowner told police that while Rodriguez was walking to another house, he turned and yelled "Happy New Year!" at him before trying to run off.
