Cincinnati is offering a break to people who haven't paid their parking tickets.
The half-off amnesty is a limited time offer, running through June.
City officials say more than 60,000 people owe parking fines.
The city is trying to close the gap on a budget deficit of more than $54 million.
Officials warn that people who don't pay up may not be able to renew their driver's licenses or their Ohio plates.
Their cars could also be towed.
