A New York City town house is on the market -- with an asking price of $4.3 million.
It's called the "skinniest" house in the city, just nine and a-half feet wide.
It was built in the 1870s and has been owned by a number of notables over the years, include Cary Grant.
The West Village house has three-bedrooms, four fireplaces and a lush back yard.
