The adult was critically injured. The juvenile's injuries are said to be less serious.
The crash happened around 3:00 p.m. in the parking lot of a shopping center on Route 309 near Pumping Station Road.
Police say the adult involved was flown to St. Luke's Medical Center in Bethlehem with head injuries.
The juvenile was taken by ambulance to St. Luke's.
