Police were called at 3:08 p.m. to the intersection of Champlost and North 2nd streets.
Officials there say a teen riding an ATV hit a pickup truck. The teen was thrown from the ATV and onto the street.
The truck then hit a parked car and overturned.
The driver of the truck and a passenger were transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
The teen was taken to Einstein Medical Center and remains critical.
Police continue to investigate.
