The Action Cam was there as the man was pulled from the water just after 2:30 Wednesday morning.
He was spotted along the 1600 block of South Christopher Columbus Boulevard in South Philadelphia. He was rescued a short time later.
The man was then transported to Pennsylvania Hospital to be checked out. There is no word on his condition at this time.
Police are trying to determine how or why he ended up in the water.
