Delaware County District Attorney Mike Green held a press conference in Upper Chichester Township Wednesday afternoon to announce the success of an undercover investigation known as "Operation Painkiller".
The investigating focused on street sales of prescription drugs in Upper and Lower Chichester Townships over the last year that stemmed from two drug related killings.
Currently, police have 27 suspects in custody. Officials say the investigation is ongoing.
