The crash happened around 2:30 Sunday morning at the intersection of Broad Street and Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia.
The driver, travelling on Oregon Avenue, collided with another car, sending it into a nearby sidewalk. The vehicle then continued out of control, hitting three parked cars.
Broad Street is closed at Oregon Avenue while police investigate the exact cause of the accident.
