City prosecutors say owners of the Felton Supper Club didn't fight the closure in court Thursday.
Meanwhile, the club's liquor license remains on hold with the state Liquor Control Board for one year.
Mayor Michael Nutter had vowed to close the club, where five women and four men were shot in May. One victim was shot five times after two men emerged from the club and opened fire on the sidewalk.
And a club patron was fatally shot outside on New Year's Day.
Nutter says the city had previously shut down the club only to have the owner successfully appeal.
