Flight 710, bound for Zurich, Switzerland took off from Philadelphia at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday.
However, pilots got warning of a landing gear malfunction and had to circle over Chester County for nearly three hours to burn off fuel.
They landed safely shortly after 9:00 p.m.
No problem was found with the gear.
Passenger were rescheduled to depart at 1:00 a.m.
