Clive Thompson has been arrested in the death of 26-year-old Olivia Thompson.
Police were called to her apartment in the 2000 block of North John Russell Circle in Cheltenham around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
There, Olivia Thompson was found with a large wound to her upper abdomen.
She was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police say Clive Thompson turned himself in later in the day saying "I am here to turn myself in and I am sorry I did it, so sorry."
A preliminary hearing for Clive Thompson is scheduled for July 7th.
