Thirty-four-year-old Jamar Harper of Chester, Pa. pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting death of Jamace Green. Harper faces a minimum of 20 years in prison at sentencing later this year.
Green was found dead of a gunshot wound at the Days Inn on Feb. 26, 2006. DNA evidence and a shell casing led police to Harper, who was arrested in 2008.
