The crash happened around 2:00 on Friday morning in the southbound lanes of the highway, near Beverly Rancocas Road in Willingboro.
The big rig and SUV smashed into each other, then settled in a mangled heap on the concrete median.
The woman driving that vehicle has been taken to the hospital.
There's no word on her condition.
The road was closed for hours after the crash, but was cleared by 7:00 a.m.
