The fire broke out along the 200 block of East Bringhurst Street around 4:20 a.m. Thursday.
Flames on the first floor spread quickly through the row home.
A man was injured when he fell about 15 feet after jumping from the 2nd floor window. The other 3 were injured with slight smoke inhalation.
The fire victims' injuries are not considered life threatening.
It took firefighters about a half hour to get the fire under control.
There is no word on what sparked the fire.
