Trenton Mayor Tony Mack's city-issued Ford Expedition was towed after it was parked in a tow-away zone Wednesday night. The vehicle is equipped with mayor license plates and a police light.
Mack told The Trentonian newspaper the vehicle was in a lot across the street from where he was attending a civic association meeting.
The mayor told the newspaper he "shouted" and was angry after discovering the vehicle had been towed.
Mack paid $150 to retrieve the vehicle.
