Christa Logue was allegedly drunk when she crashed her van in August on Interstate 79 near Edinboro, killing 14-year-old Joshua Gibson.
The Erie Times-News reports Logue had been released on unsecured bail before she was pulled over July 1 for driving under the influence near Pittsburgh.
Brackenridge police say Logue was speeding, drifting in and out of her lane and failed to obey a stop sign.
Logue faces a bond revocation hearing Monday stemming from the new charge. A phone message left for her attorney was not immediately returned.
