The /*"Boardwalk Empire"*/ actress was set to plead guilty Thursday to harassment in her March run-in with Samantha Swetra. But a judge sought more detail on alcohol counseling that's part of the plea agreement, along with a day of community service.
De la Huerta is due back in court July 28. Harassment is a violation, not a crime.
The 26-year-old actress was charged with assault and other offenses. Authorities said she bloodied Swetra's nose and hurled a glass that cut Swetra's leg at the Standard Hotel.
Swetra appeared on the MTV reality series "The City."
