Medics were called to the intersection of 20th and Lehigh Avenue after a report of an unconscious person.
When they arrived, they found a man who had been fatally shot.
Medics pronounced the victim dead on scene.
The body was found at the Connie Mack Playground, however it is unclear if the shooting happened in the playground or at another location.
