Gunman robs Northeast Philadelphia Rite Aid

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - August 3, 2011

Investigators say at about 2:30 a.m., the suspect walked into the store on the 6400 block of Oxford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police say he then pulled out a gun and handed a clerk a note, demanding money.

He made off with about $250.00, and remains on the loose.

No one was hurt.

Police are interviewing the people who were in the store at the time of the robbery, hoping to get a good description of the suspect.
