The utility says the $11.2 million refund will be credited starting with this week's bills.
The refund stems from Delmarva being allowed to charge higher rates while it waited for the outcome of electric and gas delivery rate cases.
Delmarva serves about 122,000 natural gas customers and about 300,000 electric customers in Delaware.
