Officers arrived on the scene around 6:30 a.m. in the area of 61st Street and Baltimore Avenue.
Police say the body appears to be that of a white or Hispanic male, believed to be about 45 and 55-years-old. The male had no ID on him and was found in the creek without his shirt on.
There are no outward signs of trauma. The Delaware County medical examiner will do an autopsy sometime today.
