The shooting happened just after 12:00 Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Bridge and Marlowe streets.
Arriving officers found a 16-year-old male suffering a gunshot wound in both of his legs.
He was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
A 30-year-old victim was also injured in the shooting.
He is listed in stable condition at Aria-Torresdale Hospital.
No word on what sparked the shooting, it remains under investigation.
