List of bridges in PA closed temporarily due to Irene

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that 38 bridges in the Philadelphia region will remained closed temporarily until flood waters from Hurricane Irene recede and crews can inspect them for storm damage.

The follow bridges that will remain closed are:

BUCKS COUNTY (17 total)

  • Second Street Pike over Neshaminy Creek In Northampton Township
  • Worthington Mill over Neshaminy Creek In Wrightstown Township
  • Richboro Road over Neshaminy Creek in Northampton Township
  • Buck Road over Neshaminy Creek in Newtown Township
  • Brownsville Road over Neshaminy Creek in Lower Southampton Township
  • Route 32 (River Road) over a tributary Of Delaware River in Solebury Township
  • Phillips Mill Road over Primrose Creek in Solebury Township
  • Route 32 (River Road) over Rabbits Run Solebury Township
  • County Line Road over a branch of Little Neshaminy Creek in Warminster Township
  • Bethlehem Pike over branch of Perkiomen Creek in Sellersville Borough
  • Cat Hill Road over branch of Perkiomen Creek in West Rockhill Township
  • County Line Road over branch Perkiomen Creek in West Rockill Township
  • Allentown Road over Ridge Valley Creek in West Rockhill Township
