First step - decide where you want to hang the rack and use a multifunction stud finder to look for studs, electrical and waterlines that could interfere with your installation. use a pencil to mark your locations.
If you're not going to be able to hit a wall stud, you'llwant to use a wall anchor to be sure the rack doesn't come tumbling down.
Mark the location for your installation screws and use a drill to bore a pilot hole and then use a hammer to gently tap the plastic anchor into place so it ends up flush with the wall.
Secure the brackets to the wall securing the screws into the anchors that you installed. The plastic anchor will expand in the wall and grip onto the drywall.
Finish installing all of the hardware and secure the rack into place.
